Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of submitting your order or prior to shipment, depending on whichever comes first.
To submit a cancellation request, please contact our customer support team using email.
If your order meets the cancellation criteria, a full refund will be issued to the same payment source within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

If the shipment process has already begun, the order can no longer be canceled. However, after the product arrives, you will have the option to place a return request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Modification
At present, we do not allow editing of items or delivery information after the order has been placed. If you wish to make changes, you will need to cancel the existing order (if permitted) and then create a new order.
