Shipping Locations

Our delivery services currently cover every pin code within India. Unfortunately, deliveries outside India are not supported at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are generally packed and forwarded within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) starting from the order confirmation date.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing all shipping-related updates.

Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery duration ranges between 3–8 business days, ensuring your fashion selections reach you within a dependable time frame.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot complete the delivery due to an invalid address, inability to reach the recipient, or refusal of the package, the shipment will be redirected back to our warehouse. Customers can request a second delivery attempt if required.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, kindly inform our support team within 48 hours of receipt and provide relevant pictures for verification.
If a parcel goes missing in transit, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund once the courier company completes the investigation.
