Items are accepted for return only when they are unused, not washed, and remain in their original brand packaging with tags, barcodes, and labels unremoved.

  • All product packaging, including boxes, printed labels, and tags, must be returned the same way they were delivered.
  • Products that appear worn, cleaned, modified, or tampered with will not qualify for a return.
  • A return request has to be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team.
  • Items that do not satisfy the eligibility rules will be declined for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 2 – Upload Visual Evidence
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos documenting the issue so that we can validate and speed up your request.

Step 3 – Follow the Return Details
After your return is verified and accepted, we will send you full instructions on how to proceed with sending the item back.

We reserve full authority to reject return requests that do not follow workplace policies.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive your returned package, our quality assessment team will examine it to ensure it matches our return standards. After evaluation, you will receive an update stating whether the refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be released back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, and a confirmation will be sent via email.

Partial Refund Guidelines

If the product meets return criteria only partially — for example, missing accessories or having minor wear — a partial refund may be issued based on our internal assessment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Order

If the item delivered is broken, faulty, or different from the product you ordered, please raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving it. Share clear photos or videos of the defect to help us investigate and resolve the issue immediately.
